Why codes sometimes fail
Three things break redemption most often:
- You typed the code in chat instead of the redemption field. The redeem UI is the Twitter bird icon, not the chat bar.
- The Roblox client is on the staging branch. Force-restart and re-open the game from the verified page listed on the Official Links hub.
- The code is region-locked. Some Roblox events ship in waves; if a code fails, retry after two hours.

Roblox drops Verity Companion codes on a fairly predictable cadence, so you can plan your runs around the maintenance windows instead of checking the wiki every hour. The studio ships new events on three main triggers: weekly maintenance, milestone unlocks, and seasonal Roblox festivals. Weekly maintenance lands every Thursday at 00:00 UTC and almost always ships one new code alongside the patch notes. Milestone unlocks — companion launches, room additions, ending reveals — ship within 48 hours of the announcement on the official Verity Companion Discord and tend to arrive mid-week, between Tuesday and Thursday. Seasonal Roblox festivals (the Halloween event in late October, the December anniversary, the spring egg hunt) typically drop a code bundle of two to four codes during the festival’s opening weekend. The codes themselves usually stay live for two to four weeks before they expire, but event-specific codes often retire the same day the festival ends, so redeem them as soon as they appear rather than banking them for later.
