Verity Companion Known Issues

This page lists issues players actually hit in Verity Companion [AI] on Roblox. Some are bugs. Some are warnings the developer already printed in the description. Mixing them up wastes reports and sessions.

AI replies can be wrong

The official disclaimer is blunt: Verity uses generative AI and answers may be inaccurate or unpredictable. That is not a rumour. Do not treat the orb as a homework engine or a source of real-world facts. If a reply contradicts an earlier memory, that can still be “working as designed.” Story routing still belongs on all endings and the crazy meter page — tone matters more than factual consistency.

Message cap confusion

Update 1 set a free cap of 40. Players still argue about whether the cap is per session, per day, or per account. Until buzzword games publishes a precise timer, plan as if 40 is the budget you have now. Hitting the wall is expected. Pasting codes into chat is not a workaround. Active codes is empty, and chat spends the cap.

Flashing lights and loud sounds

The listing recommends headphones and warns about flashing lights. If you are photosensitive, this experience may be unsafe. No code or pass disables that warning. Volume and room lighting are your controls.

Lookalike games

Search results mix this title with Verity™ survival maps (books, axes, three days) and other yellow-orb clones. Wrong-game guides will tell you to throw Verity on a bed or AFK at a tower. Wrong-game scripts are another issue. Dedicated Companion injectors were not listed for this place as of August 2026. Hubs named for other Verity maps will not farm this room. See available scripts and script safety.

Split rating and short sessions

Public stats sit near a 50% upvote ratio, ~19 million visits, ~60k favorites, and ~7.5 minute average playtime (see live player stats). That pattern matches a viral horror clip game with a paid chat upsell, not a broken install. People leave after the scare or after the cap. It is friction, not necessarily a crash.

Multiplayer noise

Servers hold eight players. VIP is off. Other avatars can talk over your moment or crowd the package. That is session and servers, not a desync by default. If chat from other users is leaking into Verity’s memory in a way that bricks an ending, note it as a possible issue — we do not have an official memory-isolation spec.

Passes that feel unclear

Notebook shows memory; Admin Panel is lightly documented in the store; Infinity Messages is the cap remover. If Admin Panel does nothing obvious in your session, check game passes and game pass value before you assume a refund-worthy bug.

What to do when something actually breaks

1. Confirm you are on the buzzword games place.
2. Rejoin once (Roblox instance issues are common).
3. See if Update 1 or the update log already covers it.
4. Report through official group channels, not random “fix” downloads.
